BABY BARKER NUMBER ONE!!!!

Well we found out we will be having baby number one around the end of May. It took a little extra effort to get there but we finally did.

We went through a fertility speacialist, Dr. Craig, who is absolutely amazing and I love him. (especially now) We only ended up having to do one type of treatment and lots of medication. I was very fortunate not to have to go through what my sister ended up going through for many years.

I am so very blessed and thankful to my Heavenly Father for blessing us with little precious person!

On other news, we are waiting to hear back from the lendors whether or not they are going to accept us and let us get our house. If they do, hopefully we will be moved in by the end of the month or first of next. But who knows. I have learned not to get my hopes up on these stupid house business.

Great!!!

Well last weekend was such a good one!  Started out kind of rocky cause I was crazy busy getting ready for Tommy to go on father and sons and doing other things I needed to get done. I dyed my hair dark which is a fun change! Well Tommy left and I was super bored and wanted some girl time. So I texted my cousin Teresa and we went and saw "Letters to Juliet" which was SOOOOO adorable!!! I loved it and it was so fun to be out with just us.  Then on Saturday I had a baby shower for one of my good friends from high school which was so fun. Tommy got home so we were going to run errands like go and pick somehting up at his sisters house and they then invited us to go to lunch and a movie...Buffalo Wild Wings and then to Iron Man 2 which was awesome!!! Then we got home took Tommys truck to my brother in law to see if he can fix the a/c then we went to dinner at Mattas with my cousin Steve and his wife Teresa and then back to their house for games(which is becoming our new Saturday night tradition...2 down and this one we will be up at the cabin with them so 3 for 3) Settlers and Phase 10! Such a blast! We love hanging out with them and we get a long so well and we have so much fun! Then on Sunday we had such an amazing opportunity!!! We were able to partake in the dedication of The Gila Valley, Arizona Temple!!! It was absolutely amazing to witness something so magnifficent and be there with Tommy! I love the Temple so much and am so thankful to my parents for raising me to honor and cherish the temple and all that is means to us! We love to go often and cant wait for more opportunities to go more often. President Monson is absolutely amazing as well as everyone involved on Sunday! So grateful for all that I have and have been given! I love my family and more than anything love my most kinda and sweet husband in the world!! I couldnt ask for a more kindaz and gentle man who understands and supports me no matter what I am going through! I am thankful to his parents for raising him to be the man that he is!! Thanks Claude and Peggy!

And to top it all off!!! SUNS WIN TO TIE IT 2-2 YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA

Well that is all for now. I will try and take pictures at the cabin and update the craziness next week!

Blue Truck!!!

Today was a sad day! But good day! I accomplished a lot in one day! I changed a battery in the truck all by myself, NO ONE, helping me. I am pretty proud of myself for that accomplishment! Went to lunch with my mom and sister for my moms birthday and then went and got pedi's! Fun time! Then I met with a guy and his son about buying the truck and WaLa!!! They bought it! It was a good thing to cause I was going a little insane about no one showing up or acting super interested and then tring to nickel and dime me! Then went to dinner with the fam for moms birthday! Missed Tommy and his laugh but soon (2 weeks) will get to hear it again face to face! Cant wait! Well that was my very productive day oh and I started a new sewing project! So thats fun!

SLEEP OVER!!!

Well...Today Tommy left for 4 to 6 weeks to work in New Mexico on his Uncle Matt's house. (will have him e-mail pictures so I can show his work). So it has been a pretty crazy week getting ready to pack him up and get him gone. Needless to say I am exhausted but very sad that he is gone. So tonight I made sure I had lots to do to keep my mind occupied. Well I ended up at my sisters house and we got joking around and pretty soon I was offering to take her daughter home to sleep with me and take her to church. So I am laying in bed with a 3 year old watching Robin Hood. This is going to be fun. Its just me and Lexie and she is making everything better! She loves to make you smile and laugh and hide and ROAR!

Uncle Bruce

My uncle Bruce passed away today around 3 pm. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer last April or May. He has been holding on strong and made it through the hollidays and all the way to his birthday. On his birthday two weeks ago they had a big birthday bash for him and I am so happy that we made an effort to go and see him and give him loves! He was so happy to see us and he has always made me feel like he loved me so much! I will miss him tremendously but he is in a better place and I know there were wide open arms welcoming him! My mom talked with him a couple months ago about making sure to give her Craig (my older brother who died at 18 months) a great big hug and kiss when he saw him and he just said dont worry I will. I am so grateful for the plan of Salvation that we have the knowledge that this is not the end and that we can see our family all again and that families can be seald for time and all eternity!

I am so grateful for my family and so especially grateful for my loving husband who has been so good to comfort me when I need it through this whole emotional rollercoaster. He is my rock and it is so comforting to know that he is here for me and that my true best friend is who I get the great opportunity to spend eternity with! I love Tommy so much and I can't wait for what the rest of eternity has instore for us!

Please keep my family in your prayers especially my Aunt Sally and her kids that they will be comforted! We love you Bruce and will miss you tremendously!
